A flat $8,000, GST included — no commission, no percentage of your sale price. You pay half when your listing goes live and half when your home sells. On a $1m home, that's around $27,000 saved compared with a 3.5% agent commission.
Yes — professional photography is included in your $8,000 fee, along with for-sale signage, printed brochures and digital templates. Great photos are one of the biggest drivers of buyer interest, so we don't treat them as an extra.
Your fee includes an experienced property lawyer who handles your conveyancing — preparing and reviewing the legal documents for your sale. And as with anything legal, always get advice from your own lawyer before signing anything.
Your listing goes live on Trade Me, celby.co.nz and other property portals. You also get for-sale signage, open home signs and printed brochures to reach local buyers. Want more reach? Trade Me Silver and Gold upgrades are optional extras.
